Junior Carpenter and renovation helper/labourer

 

INNOVERA Home Concepts is a Vancouver based, boutique residential renovation company committed to exceptional quality and customer service. We operate throughout Greater Vancouver Area and specialize in complete home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations. We take great pride in our projects and work in a fast paced, challenging environment where performance and creativity are a must.

 

We are looking to expand our team with apprentices or labourers who are ambitious and motivated to grow and further develop their skills. Responsibilities:

 

• work through all phases from demolition to finishing (being able to think ahead to the finishing details while in demo and framing stages)

• communicate effectively with all team members and trades

• working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience

• represent the company and your work with professionalism and pride

• complete tasks under timelines

• setup and clean job sites

 

Skills and Requirements:

 

• 2 years minimum experience for junior carpenters and labourers

• framing and finishing experience, particularly renovation experience

• basic plumbing, electrical, tiling knowledge will be an asset 

• high attention to detail

• reliable transportation and basic tools

• excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• punctual, responsible, with positive attitude and common sense
